ASSESSMENTS (DUES)

WHERE DO I SEND MY HOA ASSESSMENTS?

HOA dues new coupon books will be mailed to you before the beginning of January 2010. There will be options to pay by check, online or credit card. Quarterly dues are on the 1st of each quarter ($117 per quarter April, July, Oct, Jan) and are late 30 days after that date due no later than the end of the month assessments are due to avoid $25.00 late fee per month in any given quarter. Assessments pay for the community landscaping, lighting, pools, parks, lake, fountains, etc. Keep in mind that the HOA is to keep our neighborhood in great shape and home values up.
